Join Johnson County College for Some Enchanted Evening, a black-tie benefit to raise money for scholarships, Saturday, Nov. 14.
The Johnson County Community College Foundation has helped thousands of students pursue their dream of a college education. Students with exceptional needs, such as single parents and displaced workers, and talented students in all areas of study benefit from the scholarships.
Helping support the foundation is as easy as enjoying an elegant five-course dinner with wine pairings. That’s what’s on the menu at Some Enchanted evening, the foundation’s annual black-tie benefit Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Overland Park Marriott Hotel. The evening also includes a social hour, entertainment and dancing as well as the presentation of the Johnson Countian of the Year honor to Mary Davidson Cohen.
More than $6 million has been raised over the past 28 years for the student scholarship program through Some Enchanted Evening. For more information and to purchase tickets ($250), visit jccc.edu.
