KC Celebrates Royals’ World Series Victory

After an amazing season, it’s time to celebrate the World Series-winning Royals. Here are the details about official parade and rally events.

Our Kansas City Royals are World Series champions! Now it’s time to party. The City of Kansas City, Missouri and the Royals are inviting fans to a parade at noon Tuesday, Nov. 3. The 2.3 mile-long route starts on Grand Boulevard between the Sprint Center and the Kansas City Power & Light District and ends with a victory rally at Union Station at approximately 2 p.m.

There are viewing opportunities from the lawn of the National WWI Museum and Memorial, which is offering $5 admission and a one-day exhibit of WWI-era baseball artifacts Tuesday in honor of the occasion. The National World War I Museum and Memorial will also have parking available at 8 a.m. for $15. Fans can watch the parade on the museum’s 30-foot screen from the J.C. Nichols Auditorium and enjoy a special menu at its Over There Café.
